I love my animals, my family and my community. Downtime, as in time out, reflecting and spending time alone with my dog are important to re-charge. I love music, singing and any sounds created by nature.
Fell in love with Montana, USA since back on the horseback (got the all clear from the MRI) - now can't wait to go back next year :-).
